Our products are in some aspects very technical but on the other hand simple
to use. They do need to be understood by the customer i.e. the customer that
sells the product and ultimately the customer that buys it. Customer staff
training ensures this happens. What we have done over the last 2 years could
best be described as an information explosion. We have a total experience in the
adhesive industry 60 years plus.
We would like to define customer service as the following – Treating our
customers as we would like to be treated.
- Providing products that have good quality, well presented and continually
sell giving greater GP
- Providing full documentation e.g. clearly itemised invoicing
- To be able to provide a customer immediately information on request about
any service or product
- Ultimately to make it so easy for the customer to continually buy from us
on a one shop/one stop basis
- 98% fill rate per order despatched. 48 hour delivery through the South
Island and 24 hour delivery throughout the North Island.
- Our plans in the near future are to become ISO
accredited.
